RETURNS & EXCHANGES

•⁠ ⁠Since pieces are made to order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds.

•⁠ ⁠Exchanges are accepted only in case:
— incorrect item received
— manufacturing defect
— size issue (subject to availability and approval)

•⁠ ⁠Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

•⁠ ⁠Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging.

•⁠ ⁠OWNN reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.

CANCELLATIONS
